Chestnut Hill Plantation

Chestnut Hill Plantation is a wonderful community located on Lost Creek Drive not far from Harbison State Park. Tucked out of sight along the Broad River, it is tantalizingly close to everything that is wonderful about Columbia.

Today over 600 families consider Chestnut Hill their home. They are spre
ad out over eleven (11) separate neighborhoods, set on rolling terrain, and sheltered by an abundance of trees.

The families of Chestnut Hills are an extremely diverse group, representing all ages and walks of life. Here they find a variety of life styles and activities - a wonderful alternative to their work-a-day 9 to 5 lives.

At any one time, they can:
- w
alk along the night lit sidewalks of the Boulevard
- swim in the Community Pool

- play tennis on night lit courts
- use the boat ramp to access the Broad River

- fish one of the many managed ponds
- walk along the nature trails, set among 160 acres of river side lan
d, and     protected by a Conservation Easement
- take adv
antage of the Club House to schedule a special event.

Less than 20 minutes from downtown Columbia, Chestnut Hill combines the pleasures of modern suburbia with the peace and quiet of cul-de-sac life.

Facilities

Chestnut Hill Plantation includes many family amenities that make our neighborhood an attractive place to live.

The centerpiece is the stone-faced Club House and adjoining junior olympic swimming pool.

Four tennis courts and numerous fishing areas, nature trails, and large a playing field also complement the clubhouse area.

Residents also have access to two boat ramps--one on the central lake across from The Grove, and one on the Broad River off Clubhouse Drive.

The natural areas and landscaping throughout the neighborhood create an environment that is in harmony with nature.
